FAMILY PLAN PLUS
Paid to the family when the Main Member has passed on
OPTION 1
Add R20/Month. Family receives R250/Month for 12 months, starting from the month after your death.
OPTION 2
Add R40/Month. Family receives R500/Month for 12 months, starting from the month after your death.
Once off membership fee to join society: R100. The membership fee is separate from the premiums listed.
WHO IS COVERED UNDER BURIAL PLANS?
- Single Plan: Main member only
- Family Plan: Main member + spouse + max 6 children
Extended family Member option (additional premium)
- Extended family members allowed on Single and Family Plans:
- Additional spouses, Parents, Grandparents, Uncles, aunts, nieces/nephews, Other dependents.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 3 months waiting period.
- No joining fee for re-joining clients with 2 months suspension
- No waiting period, for members transferring from other societies.
- Payments to be made at the beginning of each month.
- Failure to pay 2 months in a roll, will result in cancelation on the 5th day of the 3rd month.
- Max age is 85, Max members over 65 is 4.
